What Would You Improve in Ledyard in 2013?

More than 45 percent of Americans make a resolution every year, according to statisticbrain.com. Some people vow to live a healthier lifestyle, others promise to spend more time with family, and many say they will try to save money.

As millions of Americans make resolutions to improve their lives, what could we do right here in Ledyard to make it an even better place to live?

People in Ledyard have said that certain properties should be cleaned up and various businesses have been proposed for various vacant properties. People have also suggested an independent police force (it's currently managed by the Connecticut State Police) and they have said that the town should install full water and sewer lines to attract business.

Personally, I would like a direct short cut from the center of Ledyard to Gales Ferry and a greater variety of restaurants in town.
