15 Potential Names For Madison's New Elementary School: What They Are

The Ad-Hoc New Elementary School Naming Committee invites the public to provide input on the 15 names in December.

MADISON, CT — After narrowing down to 15 possible names from more than 150 suggested, the Ad-Hoc New Elementary School Naming Committee now turns to the community to provide input on what name they would like to see on the new elementary school.

The public input session on suggested names for the new elementary school building is set for Tuesday, Dec. 12, at 5 p.m. The public can attend the session in person at the Town Campus, 10 Campus Drive, Conference Room C, or via Zoom. If unable to participate in the session, members of the public can share their input on the suggested names by emailing newschoolname@madisonps.org.

Out of the suggested names, these 15 were narrowed down by the committee.

After the public input session, the committee will review the feedback and narrow the suggestions to three to five names. Those names will be recommended to the Board of Education for its consideration.
