$25K A Year For Life Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Madison
The unclaimed $25K a year for life prize-winning ticket was sold on April 21.
MADISON, CT – Madison is the third city in Connecticut to sell the prize-winning ticket for the Lucky for Life $25,000 A Year For Life this month.
The prize-winning ticket was sold at Henny Penny #37, 646 Boston Post Rd. They received a $2,500 bonus for the sale of the winning ticket.
The numbers for the winning, drawn on April 21, were 4-7-8-25-29, and the Lucky Ball was 2.

There were 6,876 winning tickets sold in Connecticut for that drawing. Winners of the Lucky for Life drawing have until Oct. 18, 2023, to claim their prize before their ticket expires.
In addition to the ticket sold in Madison, there are two other unclaimed "For Life" prizes, one in Bridgeport, sold on April 8, and one in Greenwich, sold on March 4.

"For Life" prizes are payable for the length of a winner's natural life. At a minimum, 20 years' worth of payments are guaranteed, although payments could last much longer based on the lifespan of the winner.
For the game's top prize of $356,000 per year for life, the minimum guaranteed amount is $7,300,000 if they choose the annuity. The top prize, "Cash Option," is worth $5.7 million. The game's second prize is $500,000 if they choose the annuity.
Lucky for Life drawings occur every night at approximately 10:30 p.m., and tickets cost $2 each. The odds of winning a Lucky for Life prize are 1 in 7.8. The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 30,821,472, and the odds of winning the second prize are 1 in 1,813,028.
