MADISON, CT — According to Zillow.com, six homes have been sold in Madison so far this month.

The home that sold for the most amount of money during that timespan was 99 Middle Beach Road on May 1 for $1.48 million.

In total, two homes were each sold for more than $1 million this month.

• 20 Beach Ave.; sold on May 7 for $770,000

• 20 Milestone Lane; sold on May 9 for $558,000
• 99 East Wharf Road; sold on May 9 for $1,150,000
