Annual Surf Club Beach Cleanup Scheduled In Madison

News release from Madison First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons:

MADISON, CT — The annual community Surf Club Beach Cleanup will be held on November 4, 2025 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Along with picking up trash, we will record the types and quantities of debris removed, for the Ocean Conservancy and Save the Sound to use to better understand what types of materials are polluting our beaches. Come help make our beaches cleaner and remove hazards to marine life!

All supplies will be provided. If you have a bucket for collecting trash, please bring it along. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
