Anti-Trump Madison Sign Poster Takes Another Shot at President

A Madison resident who has posted a series of Anti-President Trump signs outside his or her home is at it again with another negative sign.

MADISON, CT - A Madison resident who has made a steady habit of posting Anti-Donald Trump signs outside his Boston Post Road home is at it again. The latest post takes jabs at Trump’s nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

The sign says that if Kavanaugh is eventually nominated that: he (Kavanaugh) believes the president (Trump) “is above the law.” It also says that Kavanaugh is opposed to Roe V. Wade (abortion rights); the Affordable Care Act and Affirmative Action laws.

Meanwhile the Senate Judiciary Committee has delayed its vote on Kavanaugh until next week, as the deeply bitter fight over his confirmation intensified and a handful of moderate senators continued to deliberate privately over whether to support him.

The Madison resident posting the signs is no fan of President Donald Trump.

The resident has posted a series of anti-Trump posters outside his Boston Post Road home. Last week he or she posted a sign that is clearly a tribute to the recently passed Arizona senator John McCain - who as everyone knows was no fan of Trump's.
In fact Trump wasn't even invited to the war hero's funeral.

The sign says: "Thank you, John, for your service & integrity."

As McCain was dying of cancer, Trump's references were often barbed, and at his political rallies he would mimic the thumbs-down signal the senator had made when he voted against repealing the Affordable Care Act.

When he recently signed a defense bill named in the senator's honor, Trump didn't mention McCain's name. Nor did Trump join leaders from both parties in sending sympathy to McCain and his family after it was announced that he was stopping cancer treatment.

In recent weeks the same Madison resident has posted a sign for passing motorists to see that said: "Trump uses Bad English but speaks Perfect Russian."

The posting came after Trump's summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki.

After that posting, the resident put up another sign that said: "Donald Trump is a kidnapper - including babies."

That post came in the midst of a controversy over immigrant families being separated at the Mexican/American border.
