The Barn Marks 25 Years with Y2K to 2Day Fundraiser Dance

Empowering young people through creativity, music, and the arts since 2000

The Barn is celebrating a major milestone, 25 years of empowering young people through creativity, music, and the arts, and the community is invited to mark the occasion in style. The Barn’s upcoming Y2K to 2Day Fundraiser Dance promises an unforgettable night of nostalgia, fun, and fundraising, all in support of the organization’s mission to provide a safe, supportive space for youth expression.

Leave your kids at home because this time, it’s the adults' turn to party at The Barn! This party, exclusively for guests 21 and over, is set for October 4th from 7 - 11 pm at the Madison Arts Barn (8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT). The night will feature

  • A live DJ spinning favorites from the 2000s through today
  • Exciting prizes and silent auctions
  • Delicious included hors d'oeuvres plus a cash bar
  • A throwback atmosphere packed with Y2K-era flair and energy

Adding to the excitement, the evening will be emceed by WFSB Eyewitness News 3’s personalities Stephanie Simoni and Roger Susanin, bringing extra energy and focus to the celebration.
While the event promises plenty of dancing and nostalgia, its purpose runs deeper. Every dollar raised throughout the night goes directly to improving the lives of the shoreline’s youth. That means all ticket sales, auction bids, and donations support our mission.
For a quarter century, The Barn has given young people a place to find their voice, build confidence, and connect with others through the arts.
This celebration is a tribute to everyone who has been part of The Barn’s story, our volunteers, families, donors, staff, and most importantly, the young people who inspire us every day. By supporting this event, you’re helping us continue to nurture creativity and community for the next 25 years.
Whether you once performed on The Barn’s stage, have children who have grown through its programs, or simply value the role it plays in the shoreline’s cultural life, this is the perfect opportunity to join in the celebration.
Tickets are on sale now, click here to buy tickets or visit our website at www.madisonartsbarn.org. With limited capacity, we recommend getting your tickets now.
