Woman Charged After Bicyclist Seriously Injured In Hit-And-Run Crash In Madison, Police Say
Police announced an arrest in the case late Saturday.

MADISON, CT — Police said late Saturday that they have made an arrest following a hit-and-run crash involving a bicyclist.
At 11:51 a.m. Saturday, in the area of Horse Pond Road and Kimberly Lane, there was a motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle and a bicyclist, police said. The vehicle fled the scene, police added. The bicyclist was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital with serious injuries.
Police said with the assistance of their license plate reader (LPR) technology and the South Central Regional Traffic Crash Team, Madison police identified and located the vehicle involved in the motor vehicle accident on Horse Pond Road near Kimberly Lane in which a bicyclist was struck, and the vehicle fled the scene.

As a result of the investigation, officers arrested Jacqueline Lisosky, 32, of New Haven, and she is charged with evading responsibility with serious physical injury and second-degree assault with a motor vehicle.
Lisosky is currently being held on a $200,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
