Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, and boosts strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.
Martha Smith completed her 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor Training and Chair Yoga Certificate at Body Karma Studio in Clinton. Eager to share her love of the journey, and taking inspiration from all her previous and current instructors, she aims for classes that flow, helping students develop strength and flexibility while supporting proper breathing and alignment.
