MADISON, CT — A Memorial Service has been scheduled for Saturday in honor of Chris Jennings Penders, a former staffer at the E.C. Scranton Memorial Library who passed away on Oct. 5.
The service will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the library's Johnson Community Room.
