We're a couple with a 2-year-old and one cat. In search of a 2 BR or 1 BR + den apartment, condo or home for rent in Guilford, Branford, North Branford, Durham, Wallingford or surrounding areas. (We commute to North Madison and Guilford for work)We’d like to move within the next 2-6 weeks. We both have stable employment
and can provide pay stubs, references, and deposit immediately. Our budget is $1,500. Can pay a few months in advance for reasonable monthly rent. Thank you for any leads.
