Construction Temporarily Closes Government Building Entrance In Madison

MADISON, CT — The main entrance to Madison Town Hall and the Board of Eduction building is temporarily closed due to construction, according to officials.

The closure began late last week, and Town Offices are closed on Monday in observance of Columbus Day/Indigenous People Day.

How long the temporary closure will last was not disclosed.

"During this time, please utilize the entrance facing the Town Gym on the south of the building, and exercise caution while in the area," officials wrote in a statement.
