Crescent Motel In Madison Has Been Renovated And Is For Sale: Report
The motel, at 60 Boston Post Road, has been a fixture in town for decades.
MADISON, CT — The Crescent Motel in Madison has been renovated and is back on the market, this time for $2.5 million, the Shoreline Times reported.
The property was owned and operated for years by the late Louisa Ann Nadolski LoBello, who died in 2022. In addition to the motel, the site also held an antiques store and other retail spaces.
Local developer George MacLauchlan reportedly bought the property from LoBello's estate in 2023 for $900,000, and renovated it.
