MADISON--Connecticut State Representative Noreen Kokoruda is running for a second term.
The longtime Madison resident and Republican represents the 101st district, covering Madison and Durham.
According to The Madison Source, Kokoruda accepted the nomination to run for her second term earlier this month.

The state rep first took office in 2011, after a special election win. She serves on the General Assembly's committees on Children, Appropriations, Educationand Aging, according to her official bio.
She is a 30-year resident of Madison and a married mother of two adult sons and five grandchildren.
