Daniel Hand High School Host Information Night For Parents/Guardians

MADISON, CT – Madison Public Schools is holding a Back to School for parents and guardians of high school students.

The Back-to-School Event is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Daniel Hand High School, 286 Green Hill Rd., in the Dinning and Assembly Hall.

Madison Public Schools' first day is on Aug. 29.

The Back-to-School event will start with a brief presentation from the Department of Athletics followed by a short welcome and orientation that includes information presented by the high school administration, the P.T.O and Madison Youth and Family Services.

Following the meeting at Dining and Assembly Hall, parents/guardians will transition to Advisory, where a copy of each student’s schedule will be distributed.

Parents and guardians will then have the opportunity to attend shortened class periods to learn about expectations in each trimester one course.
