Date Set For Annual Beachcomber Night In Madison

MADISON, CT — The 16th Annual Beachcomber Night in Downtown Madison is scheduled for 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 14 on Boston Post Road and Wall Street, the Madison Chamber of Commerce announced.

"Each year, Beachcomber Night draws residents and visitors from all over to downtown Madison for a fun summer afternoon, where they can enjoy food trucks offering a variety of food and unique treats, live music at every corner, and beer, wine, and spirits tastings from local breweries and distributors," wrote First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons in a recent Community Update. Representatives from various alcohol brands will be on-hand.

Additionally, there will be a town-wide raffle; visit participating retailers "for a chance to win one of three gift bags filled with gift cards from all your favorite Madison stores!"

Pick up a card, and drop off validated cards only, at the Chamber of Commerce tables, at either the courtyard by Ashley’s Ice Cream/Key Bank, or outside the Post Office (on the corner of Post Road and Wall Street).
