Madison Summer Concerts On The Green Series Details Released

MADISON, CT — As July draws nearer, so does Madison’s Summer Concerts on the Green series.

Concerts are held each Sunday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the Town Green and are free of charge.

The Summer Concerts on the Green start on July 9 with The Taxmen.

Town officials suggest bringing lawn chairs, and those who want a picnic dinner are welcome. However, officials ask attendees not to bring alcohol, as per the Congregational Church’s request.

Other dates in the Summer Concerts on the Green series are July 16 featuring Backstage Pass, July 23 featuring Morgan Skelly and the Old Crows, July 30 featuring Nightshift Band, Aug. 6 featuring 1 Wild Night Bon Jovi Tribute Band, Aug. 13 featuring The Tracy Walton Band, Aug. 20 featuring Last Licks and Aug. 27 featuring The Kerry Boys.

In addition to the Summer Concerts on the Green, the Salt Meadow Park concert series starts on July 14.
