East Haven Police Issue Silver Alert For Missing Man

The New Haven Register reports that East Haven Police have issued a Silver Alert for John Lecza: 

Police have issued a Silver Alert for 56-year-old John Lecza. Lecza is white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds, and has grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen in Milford on Tuesday, wearing blue jeans and a grey sweater. Anyone with information is asked to call (203) 468-3820.

The silver alert also was published by the Missing in CT Facebook page.

WTHN.com is reporting that John Lecza is the man emergency responders were searching for at Hammonasset Beach State Park Wednesday and Thursday. The search is scheduled to resume Friday.
