Friends of Hammonasset Plant Sale is Open

Friends of Hammonasset Plant Sale is open now through June 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
It’s located on Route 1 in Madison, which is just east of the Hammonasset State Park entrance.
There are many plants and shrubs to choose from, and proceeds go toward the support of the Meigs Point Nature Center.

Meigs Point Nature Center is an environmental education facility open to all ages, as part of the Hammonasset Beach State Parks and is run by the Department of Environmental Protection, according to their website.
