It's Pumpkin And Cider Donut Time!

It's that time of year again at the Beach Donut Shop. Cider donuts. Pumpkin donuts. And Cinnamon donuts. All handmade and homemade. 

Owner Ted Powaleny said the cider donuts are the big favorites this time of year with pumpkin coming in a close second. He said the addition of breakfast sandwiches also has boosted business. Powaleny said he expanded his shop about a year and a half ago to add an area where customers can sit down and eat, and that has helped business as well.

"It's really helped to expand" to items beyond just donuts, he said.

The seasonal donuts will be stocked through December, he said. But it you want one it's best to get there early in the day, since they often run out.
