MADISON, CT - A Westbrook resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Madison earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 24, Thomas Carr, of Westbrook, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Stop & Shop in Madison and won $30,000.
