Madison Dog License Month Begins

MADISON, CT – In the Town of Madison, June is Dog Licensing Month.

Kathryn Champagne, assistant town clerk, said the Madison Town office offers dog licenses for the 2023-24 season online, by mail, drop box or in person.

The cost is $8 for spayed/neutered or $19 for intact dogs.

Champagne said there is an option for those wanting to renew their dog licenses online by visiting madisonct.org/dogs. She noted there is an additional $1.75 convenience fee for online renewals.

A current certificate of rabies vaccinations is required before a license can be issued.
