MADISON, CT — On Nov. 4, Madison residents cast their votes for several key municipal positions in town. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming municipal election.

Election Day polling hours and locations
Polls in Connecticut are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can use the Secretary of State’s website to find your polling place. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Same day voter registration
If you are not registered, but want to vote on Election Day, you may register in person on Election Day at your Election Day Registration site People must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote using Election Day registration.

The candidates are: Seth Klaskin, Democrat; Thomas A. Virgulto, Republican

Board of Education, Not More than Three from One Party--Vote for Up to Five
The candidates are: Maureen Lewis, Emily Rosenthal and Jessica Wilen, Democrats; Tony Paolitto, Mary Ann Connelly and Lisa Deane, Republicans

Board of Assessment Appeals, Vote for One
The candidate is: Randy Ruotolo, Democrat (Unopposed)

Board of Finance, Vote for Up to Three
The candidates are: Bob Reinhardt and Jude Hession, Democrats; Happy Marino, Charlie Lehberger and John Muller, Republicans

Zoning Board of Appeals, Vote for Up to Two
The candidates are: John Zaaijer and Dylan Stella, Democrats; Richard Gilbert, Republican

Zoning Board of Appeals Alternate, Vote for Up to Two
The candidate is: Kit Wilcox, Democrat (Unopposed)
