Madison Election Results 2023: Lyons Projected First Selectman Winner
Thousands of Madison residents have cast their votes in the 2023 municipal election in a number of key races.

UPDATE: Peggy Lyons, a Democrat, is the projected winner on election night, according to CT Insider. She is projected to defeat her challenger, Jen Gordon, a Republican.
First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons held off her Republican challenger during Tuesday's municipal elections to win her third term as First Selectman.
Lyons received 3,042 votes to beat her challenger, Gordon, who received 2,188 votes.

MADISON, CT — The polls have closed in Madison, and the votes are being counted to determine several key races, including First Selectmen, Board of Selectmen and Board of Education.
Bob Augusta, a Democrat, ran unopposed for a seat on the Board of Assessment Appeals.

First Selectman
The Democratic candidate is Peggy Lyons, and the Republican candidate is Jennifer Gordon.
Board of Selectmen
The Democratic candidates are Scott Murphy and Al Goldberg, while the Republican candidates are Bruce A. Wilson, Jr. and Connor Favre.
Board of Finance
The Democratic candidates are John Picard and Bob Donahue. The Republican candidates are Matthew Gordon, Gregory Scalzo III and John A. Rasimas.
Board of Education
The Democratic candidates are Seth Klaskin and Cathy Miller. The Republican candidates are Galey Cawley Jr. and Diane Infantine-Vyce.
Board of Assessment Appeals
The lone candidate is Bob Augusta, a Democrat.
