Madison Farmers Market Plans To Open May 3rd
Say good-bye to dreary winter and hello to great local produce this spring!
With the long and harsh winter season finally over, at least technically, Madison residents were among those who welcomed the arrival of spring earlier this week on Wednesday, March 20.
The arrival of spring makes thoughts turn to fresh produce and so we checked in with the Madison Farmers Market to see what they are planning.

As of earlier this month, on the Madison Farmers Market Facebook page, there was this announcement:
We are TENTATIVELY scheduled to open May 3rd, but will have more definite information after our yearly meeting, which is coming up soon.
