The Madison/Guilford Transfer Station will be closed to the public from Tuesday, June 4th through Thursday June 6th in order to make repairs to the compactor. The work is expected to take two days, Tuesday through Wednesday (our usual day closed) but it could run into Thursday. Trash cannot be accepted in a safe manner while the compactor is down, therefore the facility must be closed. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
