Madison To Hold Special Town Meeting Wednesday On Capital Expenditure

The town is looking to move $3.5 million from the undesignated fund balance to the Capital Improvement Program.

MADISON, CT — Madison's Board of Selectmen will hold a Special Town Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25, to approve a special appropriation of $3.5 million for the Capital Improvement Program from the undesignated fund balance, First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons announced.

Wednesday's meeting is for qualified voters in Madison, and will be held at the Brown School Auditorium, 980 Durham Road.
