Madison Opens Senior Center As Cooling Center
With the temperatures reaching 90 degrees, Madison has opened its senior center as a cooling center through Friday.
MADISON, CT — Madison opened the senior center as a cooling center for residents who need respite from the heat.
Madison officials stated that with temperatures in the 90s, the Madison Senior Center (29 Bradley Road) is open as a cooling center from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
