Madison Police Department Receives Prestigious State Accreditation
The department received the honor from the Connecticut Police Officer Standards and Training Council.

MADISON, CT — The Madison Police Department has received Tier III Accreditation, the highest level of recognition, from the Connecticut Police Officer Standards and Training Council.
Madison Police Capt. Jeremy Yorke, and Katie Randall, assistant manager of the department's Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, accepted the Tier III State Accreditation Certificate on Thursday on behalf of the department.
"This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to professionalism, accountability, and providing the highest standards of service to our community," officials said in a statement. "We are proud of the hard work and dedication from our entire team that made this accomplishment possible."
