MADISON, CT - Listed below are the arrests made by Madison police during the February 14th through February 20th time period. All the arrests are only charges, not convictions.

Jillian Dotson, 27, of 20 Weber Street, East Haven, was charged February 15th with failure to wear seat belt, operating with registration/license suspended, revoked, failure to appear 2nd degree.

Kenneth Blaha, 24, of 5 Neck Road, Madison, was charged February 18th with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance.

Sydney Lynn Piekarz, 21, of 27 Lakewood Drive, Madison, was charged February 18th with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession controlled substance.
