MADISON, CT - Madison police made three arrests in the most recent police activity period. All the people are only charged at this time. Arrested were: Mariann Perez, 40, of 168 Nortontown Road, Madison, charged January 30th with larceny in the 3rd degree, forgery in the 3rd degree. Peter S. Burt, 56, of 19 Cohasset Lane, Madison, charged February 1st with operating with registration/license suspended revoked, turn signals. Ralph Sweeney, 54, of 589 E. Main Street, Meriden, charged February 5th with no insurance, operating while under the influence, manslaughter in the 2nd degree, manslaughter in the 2nd degree with a motor vehicle.
