MADISON, CT - Madison police made two arrests this past week. Both people arrested are only charged at this time. Arrested were: Nicole Ventura, 22, of 40 Matthews Street, Waterbury, charged May 24th with speeding - plus 60 mph. Carlos Rodrigo Mendez-espinoza, 45, of 43 Chamberlain Street, East Haven, charged May 25th with operating with registation/license revoked, suspended, operating a motor vehicle while using a hand-held cell phone.
