MADISON, CT - Madison police made three arrests this past week. All arrested are only charged at this time.Arrested were:Richard A. Ream, 62, of 100 White Hollow Road, Northford, charged June 1st with failure to wear seatbelt, operating unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, no insurance.Guillermo Torres, 33, of 67 Sanford Street, East Haven, charged June 2nd with failure to wear seatbelt, operating with registration/license suspended/revoked.Joseph Lage, 36, of 11 Woodside Drive, New Haven, charged June 3rd with operating with registration/license suspended/revoked.
