“The event consists of six stations and obstacle courses that teach bike handling skills and the basic rules of the road.
“Also in attendance will be the North Madison Fire Department, who will be bringing some firetrucks to put on display, Zane's Cycles will be there to give free bike safety inspections and will be doing bike maintenance and they will be giving free bike demos and handing out Zane's Cycles bike apparel.
“The Madison Bike and Pedestrian Advisory Committee will also be there and will have informational handouts and public surveys for parents to fill out, and will be soliciting input from the public about changes they wish to see in the Town's infrastructure to help make Madison a more bike friendly community.
“It will be on June 2nd, from 10 a.m. to noon, and there will be water and restrooms available, and will be at Daniel Hand High School. Participants will need to bring their own bike and helmet to the rodeo.
“Kit Kat's ice cream truck will also be there selling ice cream starting at 11 a.m.”
