Madison's Budget Referendum Set For This Week

Voters are being asked to decide the fate of a pair of budgeting questions.

MADISON, CT — It's a full slate of government meetings this week in Madison, led by Tuesday's referendum on the proposed 2025-26 town and school system operating budget of $100.1 million.

In addition to the government and education spending plan, voters are also being asked to decide the fate of the Academy Community Center renovation budget, which has increased to $24 million.
