Madison's Landmark Monroe Building Sold For $1.3M: O,R&L Commercial
Concrete Shoreline Investments LLC bought the downtown Madison circa 1920 building as an investment property for $1.3M per O,R&L Commercial.

MADISON, CT —The Monroe Building has been sold O,R&L Commercial announced. Described as an "investment sale," the circa 1920 landmark in downtown Madison sold for $1.3 million, the real estate company said.
The three-story 782-788 Boston Post Road mixed-use retail and office building has been the home of popular retailer Walker Loden for the past 33 years, per O,R&L Commercial
"The building has a beautiful façade, has been meticulously maintained throughout, and
boasts a long history of solid tenancy," a news release from O,R&L Commercial reads.

Frank Hird, SIOR and Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the Seller, 782-788 BPR, LLC and also procured the buyer, Concrete Shoreline Investments, LLC. The building transferred for $1,300,000.
