Join us for a six-week virtual meditation series this spring! Meditation is a wonderful technique used to reduce stress and anxiety, which we all experience. We should take time to relax and reflect. Mindfulness Meditation will help you manage negative emotions while finding your inner peace.

Each session consists of 10 minutes of teaching, 30-40 minutes of guided meditation, and 5-10 minutes of Q&A. Patrons will sign up for the entire six-week series.
