New Takeout Pizzeria Coming To Madison

MADISON, CT — Old Saybrook-based PizzaWorks is expanding into Madison, the popular pizzeria announced this month on Facebook.

The new shop, which will be called PizzaWorks TOO and will be takeout only, will be located at 1306 Boston Post Road in Madison.

"It might not look like much but we see an end in sight," the owners wrote on Facebook in a caption for an interior photo of the sign and an empty counter. "Be on the lookout for our opening date!"

According to CT Insider, the "TOO" stands for "takeout only."

The Madison shop will reportedly offer the same menu as the Old Saybrook location, with soups likely being added in the fall.

Madison's newest pizzeria is located across the street from Lenny & Joe's Fish Tale, in the spot that previously held Nick's Famous Pizza, The Connecticut Scoop reported.
