Plants In New Madison Median Getting Thumbs Down
Folks aren't excited about the choice of flowers and plants in the new median.

Madison, CT - It seems the new median in Madison's downtown isn't green thumb approved.
According to a report in The Madison Source, residents are expressing concern over the choice and maintenance of the plants and flowers in the newly constructed median.
The greenery appears to be withering in the new median.

According to The Source, the project's landscape architects are responsible for the plants, trees and flowers for the first year. After that, the town will be responsible for upkeep, the Source reports.
The Garden Club of MadisonPresident Barbara Rosenblum told the paper she is concerned over the choice and maintenance of the greenery.
