- Jacqueline Rose Lipford, 47, 131 Dogwood Road, A2, West Haven, CT on March 30, 2013 on charges of operation while under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane
- Richard Edwin Owen, 43, 5 Neck Road, Madison CT on March 2, 2013 on charges of operate unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, operation with reg/license revoked, failure to obey stop sign
- Jean Philippe Remy, 35, 271 Old Toll Road, Madison, CT on March 31, 2013 on charges of disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, assault 3, strangulation 3rd
