Police Seek Man Who Snatched Walmart Money Bags And Ran
A robbery took place at the Guilford Walmart yesterday morning, during which a male suspect snatched two money bags from an employee and fled the scene
The Guilford Walmart at 900 Boston Post Road was the site of a robbery Sunday, November 18th, police say. Police provided the following report:
At about 9:05 AM, a male suspect entered the Walmart store by himself. After loading a carriage with high ticket items, he was identified by store security and left without any items.

He returned a few minutes later and snatched two money bags from an employee and ran out the front door. He left in a mid-90's Honda Accord, color silver or light gold, with the license plate CT 649YIX. The suspect is being described as a "light skinned Black or Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, wearing dark colored jeans, a plaid flannel shirt and bright white sneakers," according to the press release.
A second suspect was spotted in the vehicle. The second suspect is "described as a heavy set white male, with blond hair and glasses, believed to be in his mid 20's."

No one was harmed during the incident. Anyone with information can call the Guilford Police at 203-453-8060.

At approximately 0905 AM a lone male suspect entered the Walmart store at 900 Boston Post Road. After the suspect loaded a carriage with high dollar items, he was identified by store security, and he then left without any items, only to return a few minutes later. This time the suspect snatched two money bags out of an employees hands, and ran out of the front door. He left in a mid-90's Honda Accord, color silver or light gold. The vehicle was reported to have license plate CT 649YlX, which is reported as being cancelled.
The male is described as a light skinned Black or Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, wearing dark colored jeans, a plaid flannel shirt and bright white sneakers. There was a second suspect in the vehicle, described as a heavy set white male, with blond hair and glasses, believed to be in his mid 20's.
