BRANFORD, CT — The Geenty Group Realtors of Branford report several sales including two in Branford and one in Madison.
A 1,537 square foot office condo in the Thimble Creek Condominiums at 420 East Main St. in
Branford sold for $173,500. The seller is Bridge House Associates, LP and the buyer is
New England Geosystems, a geospatial consultant for industry and government. Cheryl Morris was the sole agent in this sale.
A 1,419 square foot office condo in Oak Park at 149 Durham Road in Madison sold for $120,000.
The seller is Durham Road Realty, LLC and the buyer is Rance Hillier of Mainsail Capital
Management, LLC. Kristin Geenty was the sole broker in this sale.
Two units totaling 3,250 square feet were sold at 540 East Main St., Branford. The seller is
the Michael A. & Barbara A. Balzano Trust. The buyer is CMGV Holdings, LLC. The
sale price was $235,000. Kevin Geenty was the sole broker in this transaction.
