Camp Laurelwood, the only overnight Jewish camp in Connecticut, returns for its 78th summer after renovations that took place over the last few years, according to the New Haven Register.
Generous donations made to the camp have allowed for new tennis courts, improvements to the pool, new siding on all buildings, more than 40 new roofs, a new playground coming soon, and more, Executive Director Ruth Ann Ornstein told the Register.
