
I made chapatis the other day and they tasted like cardboard. High quality cardboard! But cardboard nonetheless. When I bought the chapati flour at the Indian Grocery Store next to Udupi Bhavan in Middletown (thank you Sarah-Jane!), the very nice man at the counter suggested mixing rice and wheat flour. Does anyone know whether this works and, if so, in what proportion?
