Special Meeting Scheduled To Review Road Improvement Project In Madison

MADISON, CT — Madison's Scotland Avenue is slated for improvements, and a special Public Information Meeting has been scheduled this month to review the project.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Sept. 15 in Meeting Room A at the Madison Town Campus. Additionally, the meeting will be streamed on Zoom.

"Project Engineers will present the pavement rehabilitation, drainage improvements, sidewalk installation, project timeline and other construction-related details as are currently available," said First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons in a statement.

She added, "Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to learn about the project at this preliminary juncture and to offer any questions and comments."
