Every year around 1 pm on the Fourth of July my neighborhood has a parade. Dozens of men, women, children and dogs in their Fourth of July finest march and ride down the street.
There are usually about a dozen of us left over to be spectators.
My favorite part is that the kids at the front of the parade throw out tons of candy and the kids in the back pick up what is not picked up by the spectators. Waste not, want not!!
So here it is! Enjoy!
