The Gerrity & Kadamus Team from Madison Prudential Connecticut Realty Wins Top Customer Service Award

The Gerrity & Kadamus Team from Prudential Connecticut Realty won the Top Service Provider award for Region four in 2012, announced Candace Adams, President and CEO of Prudential Connecticut Realty. This award is presented to the team in each region that has received the most instances of “Excellent” feedback on customer service surveys completed by their clients.

The Gerrity & Kadamus Team also earned the distinction of Chairman’s Circle Gold placing them in top 2% of all 47,000 Prudential Agents in North America.   To ensure the company’s clients are satisfied with their real estate experience, Prudential Connecticut Realty sends a ‘Client Survey Questionnaire’ asking for candid feedback regarding the level of service they received from their agent.
When a client rates the services they received as ‘Excellent’, the Prudential Connecticut Realty sales executive earns a key.
Keys are also earned when a sales executive receives a letter acknowledging extraordinary service, or when a co-worker nominates them for above and beyond service.
