... as I was driving into town this afternoon, I passed three different groups of kids riding their bikes to and from town/beach.
NONE of them wearing helmets!!! Very scary!!
There are so many new drivers out and about…excited about being out of school, blasting the tunes…etc.
Maybe a reminder to parents would help?
Consider this your reminder! Make your kids wear their helmets! Make sure they put them on their heads, and then buckle them properly. Check with your neighbor down the street to see if they are still wearing them at the end of the street. =) ... Seriously, make 'em wear their helmets. You'll never be sorry that you made them wear the helmets. You don't want to be sorry that you didn't.
