12-Year-Old Hurt As Scooter, Vehicle Tangle In Manchester
A vehicle and scooter collided in Manchester Monday, policed said.

MANCHESTER, CT — A 12-year-old riding a scooter was hurt in a collision with a car Monday afternoon in Manchester, police said.
The crash took place at about 4 p.m. at the intersection of Hilliard and and Adams streets, police said.
The 12-year-old was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The accident is still under investigation, and, as of early Tuesday afternoon, no charges have been filed.
The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and is cooperating with authorities, police said.
