As CT Lottery Scratch Game Winds Down, Final Top Prize Won In Manchester
A Manchester player and vendor have teamed up for a late-inning scratch game rally in the CT Lottery.

MANCHESTER, CT — As a CT Lottery scratch game was winding down, a Manchester player has copped its top prize.
On July 30 — the last day to play the 10X first edition game — a player named "Pauline H" cashed in a $200,000 winner.
That's not only the top prize in the game, but represents the last available of the four $200,000 jackpots, according to the CT Lottery.

The ticket was purchased at the plaza at 305 Green Road in Manchester.
The 10X game features a $10 ticket. It was introduced on Feb. 17 and had a short run until Thursday of this week. Winners actually can be redeemed as late as Jan. 25, 2026, but Pauline decided to cash it in Thursday, according to the CT Lottery.

The overall odds of winning some sort of prize in the game was 1 in 3.55.
The second edition of the 10X game was set to begin Friday.
